Contract Administration
Employers Agent & Contract Administrator are essentially two of the same, the only difference is the form of contract in which the works have been agreed. Employers Agent refers to the Contract Administration of a Design & Build Contract, whereas a Contract Administrator preforms the same role under a traditional form of contract. The Contract Administrator can be thought of as the personification of the Client, performing the contractual role set out in the contract.
